Business
Dekel Agri-Vision plc (LSE: DKL) operates as an integrated palm oil producer focused on sustainable agribusiness in Côte d'Ivoire, West Africa. The company produces crude palm oil, crude palm kernel oil, refined palm oil, palm kernel crushing products, and specialty oils; it also engages in plantation management, fresh fruit bunch processing, and biomass energy generation from palm oil mill effluent. Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, Dekel Agri-Vision manages over 17,000 hectares of oil palm concessions across Ayenouan and Divo regions, serving local and export markets in Europe and Asia with a commitment to RSPO principles for sustainable production. In 2024, the company completed the acquisition of a majority stake in the adjacent Divo palm plantation, expanding its production capacity and integrating additional milling operations; it also secured a strategic financing partnership with regional banks to support plantation replanting and mill upgrades. Recent operational enhancements include the launch of a refined oil production line in early 2025 and a biomass power plant achieving full capacity, marking key steps in its vertical integration strategy amid rising global demand for traceable sustainable palm oil.
