The company delisted from Euronext Growth Dublin in September 2025 after 25 years to transition to private ownership, enhancing strategic flexibility; announced a EUR6 million debt facility in July 2025 to support innovation; expanded Stellex platform revenues by 188% in H1 2025; formed an exclusive 2025 partnership with Gr4vy for airline payments; and progressed activations with customers including Air Macau and easyJet.
