Dreadnought Resources Ltd (ASX:DRE) is a mineral exploration and development company focused on discovering and advancing deposits of gold, rare earth elements, nickel, copper, silver, cobalt, platinum group elements, iron ore and base metals across Western Australia. The company holds a diversified portfolio of projects including the Mangaroon Gold Project with high-grade quartz veins and rare earth ironstones; Central Yilgarn prospective for gold, iron ore, lithium, nickel and Cu-Zn-Ag; Kimberley covering 420 square kilometres for base metals; Bresnahan; and Illaara; operated through wholly-owned tenements or joint ventures such as the nickel-copper-PGE partnership with First Quantum Minerals at Mangaroon. Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Osborne Park, Western Australia, Dreadnought targets underexplored regions to supply critical minerals for technology and infrastructure. Recent developments include an $8.5 million placement in March 2025 supported by Black Cat Syndicate to fund Mangaroon resource drilling, mining approvals and Illaara exploration; a $4.1 million raise to fast-track Star of Mangaroon towards 2025 production; expansion of Mangaroon via three new tenements and a mining lease adding 30 square kilometres in March 2025; an $18 million capital raising in October 2025 to accelerate gold discovery at Metzke's Find; and a December 2025 announcement for turn-key funding, development, haulage and processing initiatives.
