Principal Exchange-Traded Funds – Principal Long Duration ETF is an actively managed U.S. fixed-income exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide current income and, secondarily, capital appreciation during periods of falling U.S. interest rates. The fund primarily invests in U.S. Treasury securities, including Separate Trading of Registered Interest and Principal of Securities (STRIPS), and, under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes in STRIPS. It provides investors with long-duration U.S. government-bond exposure and is designed for targeted portfolio positioning around interest-rate movements; its benchmark is the Bloomberg U.S. STRIPS 20+ Year Total Return Index Value Unhedged USD. The fund, categorized as Long Government, offers monthly income distributions and may use derivatives, including instruments associated with liquidity, leverage and credit risk, in support of its investment strategy. Principal Long Duration ETF commenced operations on May 20, 2026, trades on Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker DWWN, and is managed by Principal Asset Management, the global investment-solutions business of Principal Financial Group, Inc., headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa.
