- Harbor ETF Trust – Harbor AI Inflection Strategy ETF is an actively managed, non-diversified exchange-traded fund that seeks long-term total return by investing principally in equity securities of companies expected to benefit materially from the enablement, buildout and adoption of artificial intelligence. The fund, traded on NYSE Arca under the ticker EPAI, invests under normal conditions at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in common stocks and other equity securities of AI-related companies. Its investment universe encompasses AI infrastructure enablers, including data-center real estate and construction, power generation, cooling systems, networking equipment, computing hardware, data storage and semiconductor supply chains; middleware platforms, including cloud-service providers, AI platforms and tools, and enterprise-software integrators; AI adopters across healthcare, financial services, industrial manufacturing, technology, internet and consumer sectors; and second-order beneficiaries, including energy and utility providers, cybersecurity vendors, consulting, training and professional-services businesses. The portfolio generally comprises approximately 30 to 50 positions and may emphasize information technology and industrial companies, while also investing across other sectors and in U.S. and non-U.S. issuers. EPAI was formed on December 17, 2025, is domiciled in the United States, and is sponsored by Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc., a Chicago-headquartered investment adviser; EARNEST Partners, an Atlanta-based investment manager, serves as subadvisor. Harbor Capital Advisors launched EPAI in January 2026 as a strategic expansion of its active ETF offering and entered into its subadvisory partnership with EARNEST Partners for the fund. The launch introduced a strategy focused on identifying both direct recipients of global AI capital expenditures—such as businesses connected to data centers, energy systems, connectivity and semiconductor production—and established businesses that use AI-enabled infrastructure to improve profitability, scale and competitive positioning.
