In October 2025, Ependion's Westermo entity acquired a minority stake in UK-based RazorSecure Limited for GBP 2.7 million, establishing a strategic technical and commercial cooperation with an option for full ownership after 2027, to enhance cybersecurity offerings for the rail industry.
