- iShares Trust – iShares Euro Investment Grade Corporate Bond USD Hedged ETF is an exchange-traded fund launched by BlackRock Fund Advisors to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Bloomberg Euro-Aggregate: Corporates Total Return Index Hedged USD. The fund invests principally in euro-denominated, investment-grade corporate fixed-income securities and seeks to provide U.S. dollar-based investors with diversified exposure to European corporate credit while mitigating euro-to-U.S.-dollar currency risk through hedging transactions. Its portfolio includes investment-grade corporate bonds issued by financial institutions, industrial companies, utilities, consumer businesses, telecommunications providers, energy companies, and other corporate issuers across European and related developed markets; it may use representative sampling rather than holding every index constituent; and it offers intraday exchange liquidity, monthly income distributions when declared, and U.S.-dollar-denominated ETF shares. The fund targets institutional investors, financial advisers, wealth managers, and individual investors seeking euro-area corporate-bond exposure with U.S.-dollar currency hedging. EUIG commenced operations on November 4, 2025, and is organized as a series of iShares Trust, a Delaware statutory trust. BlackRock Fund Advisors serves as investment adviser, and BlackRock Investments, LLC acts as distributor. The fund is part of BlackRock, Inc.’s global iShares ETF platform, which provides index-based and active investment products across equity, fixed income, commodity, and multi-asset markets.
