Founded in 2003 and headquartered at 31 Chertsey Street, Guildford, UK, with registered office in London, the company operates globally, serving enterprise customers such as Tesco, Pret, Loblaws, Liberty, Asda, Carrefour, Auchan, and Pattison Food Group. In late 2025, Eagle Eye acquired Promotional Payments Solutions Ltd, a Dublin-based SaaS provider of digital promotions and loyalty for retailers and CPG firms, for net consideration of €5.5 million, adding PromoBase solution, new enterprise customers, deepened mutual client relationships, and CPG-funded couponing capabilities to enhance upsell opportunities; it added six blue-chip clients including Galeries Lafayette and Viva Energy Australia in H2 FY25, and maintains a partnership with a major global software vendor targeting FY26 contracts and FY27 revenue.
