Business
GuocoLand Limited engages in property development, investment, and management across Singapore, China, and Malaysia. The company develops, invests in, and manages a portfolio of commercial, mixed-use, residential, and integrated properties, including iconic assets such as Guoco Tower and Guoco Midtown in Singapore, Guoco Changfeng City in Shanghai, and Damansara City in Kuala Lumpur; premium residential projects such as Goodwood Residence, Leedon Residence, Wallich Residence, Martin Modern, Meyer Mansion, Midtown Modern, Midtown Bay, Lentor Modern, Lentor Mansion, and Springleaf Residence; hotels; and integrated developments with commercial, retail, office, and hospitality components. It also provides full value chain services encompassing planning and design, property management, asset management, and related activities. Founded in 1976 and headquartered at 1 Wallich Street, Guoco Tower, Singapore, GuocoLand operates as a subsidiary of Guoco Group Limited, which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and part of the Hong Leong Group in Malaysia. In recent developments, GuocoLand secured multiple green financing facilities, including a S$619.3 million green club facility in July 2025 for the River Valley Green (Parcel B) site, a S$367.1 million green loan in March 2025 for Faber Walk, and its largest-ever S$1.135 billion green facility in January 2025 for Guoco Midtown refinancing; acquired four residential land parcels in FY2025, namely Margaret Drive in August 2024, Faber Walk in November 2024, Tengah Garden Avenue, and others through joint ventures with partners including Intrepid Investments and CSC Land Group; launched new projects such as Faber Residence in September 2025, which sold 86% at launch, and Springleaf Residence in July 2025, achieving 92% sales; and signed a memorandum of understanding with UEM Sunrise in February 2025 for Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone collaboration, alongside appointing a new Managing Director for GuocoLand China in March 2025.
