The company, founded in 1969 and headquartered at 80 Marine Parade Road #18-05/09 Parkway Parade in Singapore, undertakes general building construction focused on in-house projects; develops and sells residential properties including ultra-luxury condominiums such as Klimt Cairnhill, Dalvey Haus, Uptown @ Farrer, Kismis Residences, Parkland Residences, The Minton, Duchess Residences, and One North Residences; owns investment properties comprising retail malls Paya Lebar Square and BT Centre; operates serviced apartments under Citadines Balestier and Lyf@Farrer brands managed by The Ascott Group; manages the Duxton Hotel in Perth, Australia; and conducts food and beverage operations under the Carnivore brand. It holds A1 registration as a general building contractor with the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore, enabling tenders for unlimited-value public sector contracts, and targets residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors serving individual buyers, investors, and institutional clients. Recent developments include the achievement of Temporary Occupation Permit for Klimt Cairnhill in March 2025; the tender award and provisional results for a residential land parcel at Canberra Crescent in July 2024; incorporation of joint venture Peak Crescent Pte.
