Fagron NV (FAGR.BR) is a Belgium-based pharmaceutical compounding company that develops, markets and distributes specialized healthcare products and services to hospitals, pharmacies, clinics and patients worldwide; it operates through three segments including Essentials, which supplies pharmaceutical raw materials, compounding equipment, packaging and supplies; Brands, which offers innovative semi-finished products, pharmaceutical-grade vehicles such as emulsions, creams, Pentravan transdermal bases and SyrSpend oral suspending vehicles, formulations and total concepts; and Compounding Services, which provides sterile and non-sterile ready-to-use personalized compounded medications. Founded in 1990 in Rotterdam, Netherlands, with registered offices in Nazareth, Belgium, operational headquarters in Rotterdam and activities spanning over 30 countries across Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, Africa and other regions, Fagron serves more than 150,000 customers with approximately 4,000 employees. Recent developments include multiple strategic acquisitions in 2025 such as CareFirst Specialty Pharmacy and UCP in North America, Injeplast and Purifarma in Brazil, Amara in Poland, Magilab in Hungary, Bella Corp in Australia, Active Pharma Supplies in the UK and Uni-Chem and SB Trade in Serbia to strengthen market positioning and compounding capabilities; execution of 10 acquisitions in 2025 overall with mid-teens million euro annual revenues at high margins; a new U.S. dollar credit facility for North American growth; expansion investments including a $29 million upgrade to Anazao's 503B facility in Las Vegas for $150 million additional capacity by 2028; and an upgraded growth strategy emphasizing global leadership in essentials, brands acceleration, sterile services expansion and non-sterile optimization presented at its 2025 Capital Markets Day.
