FBR Limited FBR Limited (ASX:FBR; OTCQB:FBRKF) designs, develops, builds and operates dynamically stabilized robots using its proprietary Dynamic Stabilisation Technology (DST) to perform complex tasks in uncontrolled outdoor environments with precision; core products include the Hadrian X autonomous bricklaying robot that constructs structural block walls from 3D CAD models faster, safer and with less waste than manual methods via its Wall as a Service offering, the Mantis high-deposition welding robot for large-scale metal fabrication in mining, shipbuilding and defense industries, precision construction robotics, intelligent control system software, the Shuttle Block Delivery System for continuous supply of bricks and materials, and the Fastbrick wall system as a cladding material for acrylic render. Incorporated in 1999 and headquartered at 88 Sultana Road West, High Wycombe, Western Australia, the company targets construction, heavy industry and infrastructure sectors primarily in Australia and the United States, with approximately 400 global IP rights supporting expansion into shipbuilding, steel and energy applications. Recent developments encompass completion of a US demonstration program building 10 code-compliant homes in Florida for CRH Ventures with US$2 million in non-refundable payments though the joint venture option lapsed in February 2025, a demonstration build for PulteGroup attracting industry interest, ongoing discussions with US builders and financiers for Hadrian X deployment, collaboration with Samsung Heavy Industries on shipbuilding automation following successful technology demos in South Korea, a framework agreement with Liebherr for US localization and assembly of Hadrian X units extending their MOU to March 2026, a A$6.3 million institutional placement in March 2025, appointment of Mark Pivac as CEO replacing Mike Pivac with board restructuring and cost reductions targeting 70% annual savings, sale of its last residential property asset yielding A$0.5 million, and progression of Hadrian next-generation patents into national phases while commissioning Hadrian 4 and manufacturing Hadrian 5.
