In 2024 and 2025, the company has indicated it is exploring capital partnership opportunities for this division. Finally, the Construction segment undertakes large-scale projects, including public and commercial edifices, transportation networks, utilities infrastructure, and civil engineering works across New Zealand and the South Pacific. Fletcher Building has recently completed significant projects, such as the New Zealand International Convention Centre. Founded in 1909, the company is headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand.
