- Invesco Bloomberg Financial Data Providers ETF (FDIQ) is an exchange-traded fund that seeks to track the investment results, before fees and expenses, of the Bloomberg Financial Data Providers Index. The fund, managed by Invesco Distributors, Inc., normally invests at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the index, including American depositary receipts and global depositary receipts; it maintains a non-fundamental policy to invest at least 80% of its net assets in securities of financial data provider companies as defined by the index. The Bloomberg Financial Data Providers Index, compiled and maintained by Bloomberg Index Services Limited, targets companies providing essential services and technologies to the global financial system, including those classified under Bloomberg Industry Classification Standard as financial information services or security & commodity exchanges, or as enterprise fintech within capital markets; eligible securities must be from developed markets (such as the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, and others), qualify as large-, mid-, or small-capitalization stocks with a minimum free float market cap of $500 million and 90-day average daily value traded of $5 million, and are weighted by modified market capitalization with individual caps at 4.5%. Top holdings as of recent data include Webster Financial Corp., SouthState Corp., Wintrust Financial Corp., Old National Bancorp, and UMB Financial Corp., spanning approximately 50 securities primarily in the financials sector with a focus on banks. Launched on November 1, 2011, and listed on Nasdaq, the ETF is headquartered with Invesco in Atlanta, Georgia, and operates with a net expense ratio of 0.35% and total net assets around $52 million. In a major strategic shift approved by the Board of Trustees on December 17, 2025, and effective on or about February 23, 2026, the fund underwent a comprehensive reorganization: its name changed from Invesco KBW Regional Banking ETF (KBWR) to its current name, the ticker symbol shifted from KBWR to FDIQ, the underlying index transitioned from the KBW Nasdaq Regional Banking Index to the Bloomberg Financial Data Providers Index with Bloomberg Index Services Limited as the new provider, the investment objective and principal strategies were updated accordingly, and the 80% investment policy was realigned to financial data providers from regional banking. The index rebalances quarterly on the third Friday of January, April, July, and October.
