Business
Fast Ejendom Danmark A/S is a Denmark-based real estate investment company that acquires, owns, develops, manages, and leases a diversified portfolio of commercial and residential properties, including offices, warehouses, production facilities, shops, apartments, and mixed-use buildings; it generates rental income from corporate and private tenants while pursuing value appreciation through operational optimization and modernization. Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Brøndby, Denmark, the company primarily operates in key urban clusters around Copenhagen, Aarhus, and the Triangle Region (Funen), targeting properties in cities with more than 30,000 inhabitants or their surroundings to leverage local market knowledge. Its subsidiaries include Fast Ejendom Danmark 1 ApS and Fast Ejendom Danmark 2 ApS. In late 2025, the board announced a new strategy to conduct a successive divestment of the company's property portfolio, alongside commencing an equity buyback program on October 24 and revaluing the total portfolio at fair value by DKK 49.1 million; recent interim reports for 2025 reflect strong rental income growth, with Q3 lease revenues at DKK 86.1 million and H1 at DKK 57.5 million.
