Fifth Era Acquisition Corp I Rights (FERAR) represents the rights component of units issued by Fifth Era Acquisition Corp I, a blank check company incorporated in the Cayman Islands that seeks to effect a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses; the company focuses primarily on technology-enabled businesses across internet, enterprise technology, software including artificial intelligence, fintech and blockchain sectors.
