First Hydrogen Corp. First Hydrogen Corp. (TSXV:FHYD) develops and commercializes zero-emission hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles, green hydrogen production and distribution solutions, and supercritical carbon dioxide extraction systems for commercial fleets and industrial applications. The company offers hydrogen-powered utility vans including market-ready Generation I models with over 500 kilometers range, up to 1,000 kg payload capacity, and refueling in under 10 minutes; panel van and chassis cab configurations; next-generation Generation II large series vans featuring modular designs for express delivery, grocery transport, construction, and emergency services; hydrogen powertrain platforms for marine vessels, agricultural equipment, industrial machinery, commercial trucks, camper vans, backup power, portable power, and EV charging; as well as integrated refueling technology and "Hydrogen as a Service" delivery models targeting logistics, municipal services, and utilities. Incorporated in 2007 and headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, with subsidiaries including First Hydrogen Limited in the United Kingdom, First Nuclear Corp. focused on small modular nuclear reactors (SMRs) for green hydrogen production, First Hydrogen GmbH in Germany, and First Hydrogen Energy for hydrogen supply, the company operates primarily in Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the European Union. Recent developments include the launch of First Nuclear Corp. in March 2025 to advance SMR technology for clean energy; strategic collaborations with the University of Alberta's Renewable Thermal Laboratory in June and July 2025 to optimize SMR designs incorporating AI data center power demands and molten-salt nuclear fuel; incorporation of First Hydrogen GmbH in March 2025 to expand into European markets; and endorsement of the European Commission's Hydrogen Mechanism platform in November 2025 to connect with hydrogen buyers and producers.
