FibraHotel, founded in 2011 and headquartered in Mexico City, operates as a real estate investment trust (REIT) specializing in the acquisition, development, and management of business-class hotels primarily in Mexico. The company owns and operates a diversified portfolio of hotels under various brands, including Fiesta Inn, One Hotels, Camino Real, and Real Inn, covering limited service, selected service, full service, and extended-stay segments. FibraHotel's assets include urban business hotels, luxury resorts, and branded residences, targeting both leisure and corporate travelers across major Mexican cities and resort destinations. The company has recently advanced several significant initiatives and expansions. Notably, in partnership with Marriott International, FibraHotel is jointly developing The Ritz-Carlton Cancun, Punta Nizuc, a luxury hotel comprising 131 rooms alongside 126 branded residences developed by Beyond Ventures, representing a strategic entry into the high-end hospitality market in Cancun. This development highlights FibraHotel’s focus on branded luxury residential and hospitality projects within prime locations under its BEYOND Living concept. Additionally, FibraHotel has been actively renovating and repositioning existing assets, including the refurbishment of Fiesta Inn Monterrey, Valet, and Lafé hotels, as well as converting the Gamma Tijuana hotel to a Hilton Garden Inn, expected to open in early 2026.
