- The Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund II – Frontier Asset Total International Equity ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund launched by The Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund II and advised by Frontier Asset Management, LLC, an independent asset manager established in 2000 and headquartered in Sheridan, Wyoming. Trading on NYSE Arca under the ticker FINT, the Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by providing investors with diversified total international-equity exposure outside the United States. It invests directly and indirectly, including through exchange-traded funds, in publicly traded equity securities of companies across developed and emerging markets, diversified sectors, and market-capitalization ranges; its investment approach combines Frontier’s manager-selection and asset-allocation capabilities with fundamental and quantitative analysis and may include growth- and value-oriented securities. The Fund is benchmarked against the Morningstar Global Markets ex-US Index (Net) and offers access to international equity allocations through a single actively managed ETF vehicle. The Fund is a series of The Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund II, a Massachusetts statutory trust organized in 1992 and administered through SEI’s Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund platform in Oaks, Pennsylvania; SEI Investments Distribution Co. serves as distributor. Frontier selected SEI’s Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund platform in December 2024 to support the launch of its active-ETF suite, including FINT, alongside the Frontier Asset Absolute Return ETF, Core Bond ETF, Opportunistic Credit ETF, Global Small Cap Equity ETF, and U.S. Large Cap Equity ETF, representing Frontier’s strategic expansion of its manager-research and risk-managed portfolio capabilities into tax-efficient ETF structures for financial advisors and their clients across the United States.
