Flair Writing Industries Limited manufactures and distributes writing instruments, stationery products, and houseware in India and exports to approximately 97 countries. Established in 1976 and headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, the company produces an extensive range of ball pens, fountain pens, gel pens, roller pens, plastic pens, and metal pens; stationery items including mechanical pencils, highlighters, correction pens, markers, gel crayons, student kits, and calculators; art and creative products; and houseware such as steel bottles, lunch boxes, storage containers, casseroles, serving solutions, cleaning solutions, baskets, and paper bins, offered under brands including Flair, Hauser, Pierre Cardin, Flair Creative, Flair Designer Houseware, Hauser Artz, ZOOX, and distributed brands like Reynolds and ZIG. Flair operates manufacturing facilities including a new unit in Valsad, Gujarat, with an annual production capacity of 2 billion pieces, and maintains ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications. Recent developments include a strategic partnership with European stationery brand Maped announced in early 2025 to enhance market presence and innovation; entry into a collaboration with Disney for stationery and art products leveraging brand appeal among younger consumers; launch of over 135 new products in FY2024 and 36 new items in Q2 FY2026 across segments; aggressive capacity expansion with fixed assets up 31% to INR 397 crores in FY2025 and the Valsad facility on track for full operations in Q4 FY2026; and robust financial performance in Q2 FY2026 with revenue up 19% year-over-year to INR 321 crores, net profit surging 30% to INR 43 crores, creative business growing 70%, and steel bottles houseware more than doubling.
