Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Limited manufactures, supplies, and distributes a broad range of automotive components primarily for two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and four-wheelers. Its main product portfolio includes piston rings; pistons, including passenger vehicle diesel steel pistons and aluminum gasoline pistons; cylinder liners, both wet and dry with honing and sleeves; sintered metal products used in valve trains, transmissions, and lubrication pumps; light alloy castings such as cylinder blocks and cylinder heads; ignition coils; bushings; dynamic seals; and industrial ignition plugs. The Company extends its automotive components to applications covering passenger vehicles, sport utility vehicles, tractors, light and heavy commercial vehicles, stationary engines, and locomotive diesel engines. In addition, it caters to a range of automotive segments across India and exports internationally. Founded in 1954 and headquartered in Gurgaon, India, Federal-Mogul Goetze operates with a focus on innovation and technical assistance, including international collaboration for its sintered metal product designs. In the last two years, Federal-Mogul Goetze has undergone significant leadership and operational changes. In August 2025, the company appointed new board members and senior management personnel, including the Managing Director and additional directors with extensive industry experience.
