FirstService Residential and The Amenity Collective provide facility management, amenity activation, consulting, design, and hospitality services for aquatic, fitness, wellness, spa, and lifestyle amenities in commercial and residential properties. The company generates the majority of revenue in the United States, with the balance from Canada, and targets property owners, boards, developers, homeowners, and businesses. Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, FirstService has pursued growth through acquisitions including Century Fire Protection's purchases of TST Fire Protection and Alliance Fire & Safety in Utah in May 2025 to expand in the Western U.S., Roofing Corp of America's acquisitions of Springer-Peterson Roofing & Sheet Metal and A-1 All American Roofing in September 2025 to strengthen presence in Florida and California, and two property management firms in New York City in December 2024.
