Filter Vision serves commercial and residential customers, industrial and original equipment manufacturers, and medical service providers primarily in Thailand from its headquarters at 95 Soi Ramintra 117, Ramintra Road, Minburi, Bangkok. Founded in 1995, the company recently approved the establishment of subsidiary Innovatek (Asia) Company Limited in February 2024 to provide consultation, design, distribution, installation, and maintenance of clean water and clean energy production systems focused on ESG aspects with an investment of THB 4.5 million for 90% ownership; agreed to acquire 100% of World Industrial Estate Co., Ltd. from World Corporation Public Company Limited for THB 370 million in cash expected to complete by September 2025 to expand into industrial estate utilities including water supply and wastewater treatment in Lamphun; and plans a capital increase of up to THB 1,280.5 million through a rights offering of up to 2,561 million new ordinary shares at a par value of THB 0.50 per share to fund the acquisition and related investments.
