Recent developments include a November 2024 agreement with Menorah Mivtachim under which Menorah became a 50% partner in four Israeli properties for NIS 0.5 billion, a December 2024 letter of intent signed by G City Europe for the sale of the Flora shopping centre, and in November 2025, a major share purchase increasing its stake in Citycon Oyj to approximately 37.68% and triggering a mandatory public tender offer for the remaining shares following ownership exceeding 50% via its subsidiary Gazit Europe Netherlands BV.
