- Themes ETF Trust – Leverage Shares 2X Long GFS Daily ETF is a U.S.-domiciled, actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to two times (200%) the daily percentage change in the share price of GlobalFoundries Inc. (Nasdaq: GFS). The Fund provides single-stock leveraged equity exposure through direct investments in the underlying security and financial instruments with similar economic characteristics, including swap agreements and other derivatives, and invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in such instruments. It is non-diversified and rebalances its exposure daily; consequently, it is designed to pursue a daily objective rather than to deliver twice the underlying stock’s cumulative return over longer holding periods. The Fund targets investors seeking tactical, short-term bullish exposure to GlobalFoundries, a semiconductor foundry company, and carries a 0.99% net expense ratio. Themes Management Company LLC serves as investment adviser, and the Fund is offered under the Leverage Shares brand within Themes ETF Trust, which is headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut. The Fund was formed on June 23, 2026. In June 2026, Leverage Shares by Themes expanded its U.S. single-stock leveraged ETF lineup with the launch of nine new 2X daily leveraged ETFs, including GFSG, which began trading on June 23, 2026 and provides 2X daily long exposure to GlobalFoundries common stock.
