Ops eCom S.p.A. (formerly Giglio Group S.p.A.) designs, creates, and manages high value-added e-commerce platforms and solutions for the fashion, design, lifestyle, food, and healthcare sectors in Italy and internationally; it operates through B2B e-commerce and B2C e-commerce segments, offering outsourced e-commerce services including full management of monobrand e-stores from marketing and social media to customer care, logistics, and payments; product distribution via major global marketplaces for new collections and stock inventories; supplies of fashion, food, and jewelry goods to cruise ships, duty-free stores in ports and airports, and NATO bases; advanced omni-channel integration for physical and online sales points; AI-based Omnia platform for end-to-end purchasing processes; tokenization of physical and digital products for metaverse commerce; and internationalization services through tax agencies for new market entry. The company, founded in 2003 by Alessandro Giglio and headquartered in Milan, Italy, with additional offices in Rome, Genoa, Shanghai, New York, and Hong Kong, serves over 100 partner brands targeting luxury and premium consumer markets worldwide; it is listed on Euronext Milan (ticker: GG.MI) in the STAR segment since 2018 and functions as a subsidiary of Meridiana Holding S.r.l. Recently, Ops eCom has undergone a major turnaround with a new senior executive team led by CEO Ciro Di Meglio, including a paid-up share capital increase of €3.738 million, a €500,000 bond conversion, and proposed €6 million capital increases from Fortezza Capital Holding; it entered a strategic partnership with luxury menswear brand Stefano Ricci, who acquired a stake by converting a €2.8 million credit into shares at €0.21 each, pending approval at the December 29, 2025 AGM, with plans for future commercial cooperation; additional alliances with IBox and GdL support ongoing recovery efforts, aiming to improve net equity from minus €18.98 million to minus €2.73 million.
