In January 2024, Guideline Geo acquired the assets of its long-term Australian distributor Geonix Pty Ltd (trading as MALA GPR Australia) for approximately SEK 8 million, establishing Guideline Geo Australia Pty Ltd as a wholly owned subsidiary to strengthen its presence in the Oceania region and support growth in geophysical instrument sales, service and training.
