Business
The Leverage Shares 2X Long GLXY Daily ETF aims to deliver twice the daily price movement of Galaxy Digital Inc. Class A (NASDAQ: GLXY), net of its operational fees and expenses. This objective is predominantly achieved through the use of swap agreements that take long positions on the underlying security. The fund also has the flexibility to incorporate both standardized exchange-traded and customizable FLEX option contracts, including calls and puts, targeting GLXY. Galaxy Digital Inc. Class A is a prominent entity operating across the digital asset and data center infrastructure sectors. It delivers an extensive array of financial services and products to both individual and institutional clients, encompassing digital asset trading, derivatives, structured offerings, financing solutions, capital markets activities, and merger and acquisition advisory. The ETF endeavors to provide a daily magnified exposure equal to 200% of the underlying GLXY stock's daily percentage fluctuation, accomplished through regular daily rebalancing. Intended as a leveraged instrument, this product is structured for short-term, tactical deployment rather than as a buy-and-hold investment. Holding the fund for periods exceeding a single trading day may lead to results that diverge significantly from the anticipated two-times leverage, owing to inherent market volatility and the impact of compounding. Such a strategy carries substantial risk and does not include any defensive investment components.
