Founded in 1997 as Azal and acquired by UK-based Vectra Group promoter Ravi Rishi in 2004, the company went public in 2006 and maintains its registered office in New Delhi with operational headquarters at Juhu Aerodrome in Mumbai and additional bases in Bangalore and Greater Noida. Geographically focused on India with coverage of the entire subcontinent, Global Vectra holds ISO 9001-2015, 14001-2015, and OHSAS 18001-2007 certifications for flight operations, engineering, safety, quality control, and commercial systems. Recent developments include the appointment of Vinay Goyal as an additional independent director effective April 14, 2025 for a five-year term pending shareholder approval, a change in registrar and share transfer agent from Link Intime India Private Limited to MUFG Intime India Private Limited effective December 31, 2024, and the release of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024 alongside the annual report for FY2024-25 with the AGM held on September 29, 2025.
