Founded in 1962 as Gujarat Machinery Manufacturers, the company formed a joint venture with Pfaudler Inc., USA in 1987, renamed to GMM Pfaudler Limited in 1999 following majority ownership, and became the ultimate holding company of the Pfaudler Group after acquiring its global majority stake in 2021. Recent strategic developments include the completion of the SEMCO Tecnologia em Processos Ltda. acquisition in 2025 by its Brazilian subsidiary, enhancing mixing technologies and South American market presence in sectors like mining and renewables; establishment and completion of a joint venture in Poland for stainless-steel equipment manufacturing with PLN 12.2 million investment; acquisitions of Mixel France SAS and MixPro Professional Mixing Equipment Inc. in 2023; and a joint venture with JDS Manufacturing announced in 2022. These moves, alongside leadership appointments such as Chief Transformation Officer and re-appointment of the Managing Director, underscore ongoing portfolio expansion, innovation in process solutions, and global operational strengthening.
