Recent developments include the acquisition of the Muuchstac men's grooming business encompassing beard care, hair styling and skincare from Trilogy Solutions Private Limited for INR 449 crore in cash completed in November 2025 to bolster its premium personal care portfolio and digital-native presence; a INR 700 crore investment announced in May 2025 to expand manufacturing capacities in Tamil Nadu and Madhya Pradesh in India plus a new facility in Indonesia; an agreement to acquire the FMCG business of Raymond Consumer Care Limited for entry into deodorants and sexual wellness categories; and the integration of the novel Renofluthrin molecule into household insecticides for enhanced efficacy.
