The company offers a diverse portfolio of high-rise luxury apartments, plotted developments, mid-segment housing, office spaces, and mixed-use complexes featuring innovative architecture, sustainable design, and cutting-edge technology; key projects include Godrej Regal Pavilion in Hyderabad, Godrej Madison Avenue in Kokapet, and flagship developments like The Trees in Mumbai's Vikhroli. Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, Godrej Properties Limited operates in 12 major cities including Mumbai Metropolitan Region, National Capital Region, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Indore, and others, with an active pipeline exceeding 200 million square feet of saleable area as of recent reports and a workforce of approximately 2,400 employees. As part of the Godrej Group established in 1897, it emphasizes environmental sustainability, community-focused urban living, and excellence, having delivered over 41 million square feet since 2018 and received more than 400 awards for real estate innovation, ESG practices, and quality. In recent developments, Godrej Properties Limited acquired 100% equity in Pearlshine Home Developers Pvt. Ltd. in February 2025 to bolster its portfolio, purchased approximately 24 acres in Indore in January 2025 for premium plotted residential units with 6.20 lakh square feet saleable area, launched Godrej Madison Avenue and achieved over Rs. 1,000 crore in sales at Godrej Regal Pavilion in Hyderabad during 2025, secured 75 acres in Nagpur in November 2025 targeting Rs. 755 crore revenue, and plans multiple land acquisitions in FY26 with Rs. 30,000-40,000 crore potential while aiming for 20% higher bookings. The company listed on the National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange in 2010 following a USD 100 million IPO and continues aggressive expansion through outright land purchases and landowner partnerships in high-growth markets.
