Canada Goose Holdings Inc. designs, manufactures, and sells performance luxury outerwear, apparel, footwear, and accessories for men, women, youth, children, and babies under the Canada Goose, Snow Goose, and Baffin brands; its core products include bombers, down jackets, vests, raincoats, snow pants, sweaters, fleece, knitwear, sweats, t-shirts, windwear, lightweight and heavyweight down jackets for fall, winter, and spring seasons, sneakers, boots, hats, scarves, gloves, hood trims, socks, bags, and eyewear. The company operates through Direct-to-Consumer, Wholesale, and Other segments, selling via e-commerce, directly operated retail stores, and wholesale channels to consumers in cold climates, outdoor enthusiasts, and fashion-conscious individuals worldwide, with geographic presence spanning Canada, the United States, North America, Greater China, rest of Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Founded in 1957 and headquartered in Toronto, Canada, Canada Goose maintains 100% of its production in Canada, emphasizing high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and functionality in extreme weather conditions, and employs approximately 3,942 people. In recent developments, Canada Goose announced a multi-year partnership with Beside Group in September 2025 to accelerate distribution in the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Egypt across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels; subsequent to the third quarter of fiscal 2025 ended December 29, 2024, the company launched its Eyewear collection through a licensee partnership with Marchon Eyewear and appointed Judit Bankus as Head of Merchandising. The company opened two concession-based shop-in-shops in the third quarter of fiscal 2025, bringing the total permanent store count to 74, and renewed its normal course issuer bid in November 2024 to purchase up to 4,556,841 subordinate voting shares for cancellation by November 21, 2025. Earlier initiatives include a 50/50 joint venture with Sazaby League in Japan established in March 2022, a transformation program with workforce reductions of approximately 17% in corporate roles, and investments in new product categories such as performance outerwear, sustainable materials, and urban technical wear launched in fiscal 2024 and 2025.
