Business
Genova Property Group AB (publ) (GPG.ST) is a Swedish property company focused on owning, managing, developing and transacting properties across commercial premises, community service properties and residential properties; it engages in urban development and project development, including the production of rental apartments and own-produced building rights, primarily in Greater Stockholm, the Uppsala region and western Sweden. Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Stockholm, the company operates through Property Management and Others segments, with a portfolio of approximately 75 investment properties valued at SEK 7.5 billion, a rental value of SEK 554 million and around 8,400 residential building rights offering 521,000 square meters of lettable area as of March 2025. Recent developments include entering an agreement and letter of intent in October 2025 to acquire attractive property portfolios in the Stockholm region for approximately SEK 1.2 billion, partly financed by a new issue of ordinary shares; successfully completing a directed share issue to the general public in June 2025 that was heavily oversubscribed, welcoming over 2,300 new shareholders; issuing additional green senior unsecured bonds of MSEK 95 in October 2025 under its green framework while repurchasing hybrid bonds; updating its strategy and targets in September 2024 for strengthened profitable growth alongside an amended dividend policy introducing regular payments; partially divesting two properties in Norrtälje in June 2024 for an underlying value of SEK 1.3 billion; and initiating a share buy-back programme in November 2024.
