GMM Grammy Public Company Limited is a leading media and entertainment conglomerate in Thailand engaged in the production and distribution of music, shows, concerts, digital and satellite television, radio, film, and publishing. The company’s main products and services include a broad portfolio of recorded music across multiple genres via subsidiaries such as Genie Records, Grammy Gold, White Music, GMMTV Records, and Genelab; live show and concert production under GMM SHOW; artist management; television production through its digital TV channels One 31 and GMM 25; film production via GDH 559; satellite and digital TV services through GMM Z; and a variety of publishing brands including Image, Madame Figaro, Her World, and Maxim. It further operates radio broadcasting through Atime Media with stations like EFM 94 and Green Wave 106.5 FM, and has expanded into home shopping and retail via Imagine record stores and various co-investments. In 2024, the company executed a significant strategic move by securing a call option agreement for an additional 10% equity stake in The ONE Enterprise Public Company Limited, underlining its commitment to strengthening its position in Thailand’s media sector; this follows its existing status as the largest shareholder with over 25% holding in ONEE and represents a transaction exceeding THB 900 million. Additionally, GMM Grammy has diversified its revenue streams by launching new concert and showbiz initiatives, expanding digital TV audience engagement through partnerships with channels like Thairath TV, and introducing new consumer products such as fresh food items.
