Recent developments include the November 2024 completion of a 100% acquisition of subsidiary Hathway Cable MCN Nanded Pvt Ltd by purchasing the remaining 61.15% stake for Rs 11; FY2025 launches of next-generation HEVC HD boxes, OTT hybrid boxes, and industry-first dual-band ONUs; sale of stakes in certain subsidiaries and associates to Infomedia and Networking Private Ltd; and ongoing network expansions adding IP links and fiber infrastructure.
