Residential REIT ETF (HAUS) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks total return through investment in publicly traded real estate investment trusts (REITs) deriving revenue primarily from the ownership and management of U.S. residential properties, including single-family homes, apartments, manufactured housing communities, and student housing; the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in such residential REITs, with top holdings including Centerspace, Ventas Inc., Welltower Inc., Diversified Healthcare Trust, and Independence Realty Trust; it offers quarterly distributions of dividends and interest income, if any, and provides pure-play exposure to the U.S. residential real estate sector for income generation and portfolio diversification. Launched on February 28, 2022, and listed on the Cboe BZX Exchange with ticker HAUS and CUSIP 886364587, the ETF is managed by Armada ETF Advisors, headquartered in New York, which serves as the investment adviser. Recent developments include a strategic merger announced in February 2023 between Armada ETF Advisors and Arialgo Ltd., enhancing the firm's technology and operational capabilities while continuing to support HAUS as its flagship product; management updates featured Matt Appel joining the team in March 2025; the fund maintained an expense ratio of 0.60% and reported net assets of approximately $8.81 million as of late 2025, with a 30-day SEC yield of 3.45% as of October 31, 2025.
