Business
Sri Havisha Hospitality and Infrastructure Limited owns, operates, and manages hotels in India; offers dining, conference facilities, swimming pool, gymnasium, travel desk, and spa services; and provides accommodation options including deluxe rooms, executive suites, and presidential suites equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and city views. The company, founded in 1993 and headquartered in Hyderabad, India, at Venus Plaza, Begumpet, previously known as Shri Matre Power & Infrastructure Limited until its name change in November 2016, has diversified from discontinued LPG bottling operations into hospitality, tourism, and public bike sharing, with recent participation in solar power generation tenders including those from the Andhra Pradesh government. In 2025, it proposes issuing 15 million sweat equity shares to its managing director and approving related-party transactions at its annual general meeting on September 20, while re-appointing a non-executive independent director for another five years effective the same date.
