These services utilize cutting-edge technologies such as proton therapy, AI-driven image analysis, and clinical research protocols, supported by over 275 oncologists, and target patients across urban, Tier II/III cities, and rural areas in India, with additional operations in South Asia and a comprehensive cancer center in Nairobi, Kenya. Founded effectively in 1989 with its first dedicated cancer hospital in 2000 and formally incorporated in 1998, HCG maintains headquarters at HCG Tower, No. 8 P. Kalinga Rao Road, Sampangi Rama Nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka 560027, India. Recent developments include a December 2024 strategic collaboration with Accenture to leverage generative AI, deep learning, and quantum computing for accelerating cancer research, early detection, and precision medicine in lung adenocarcinoma and head and neck cancers; approval in November 2025 for up to Rs. 700 lakh in equity investments; robust financial performance with Q2 FY26 revenue of Rs. 6,470 million (up 16.9% year-over-year) and adjusted EBITDA of Rs. 1,233 million; and ongoing ownership transitions highlighted by CVC Capital Partners' agreement in February 2025 to sell up to a 54% stake to KKR at INR 445 per share, alongside plans for network expansion into additional centers.
