Business
VVMI La Hien Cement Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based industrial enterprise primarily engaged in the manufacturing, processing, and distribution of cement, clinker, and construction materials. The company operates through key business segments comprising cement production, clinker manufacturing, mineral mining, and commercial logistics. Its primary product and service offerings include blended Portland cement, specifically PCB30 and PCB40 formulations marketed in both bagged and bulk formats under the Eagle (Con Dai Bang) brand; commercial Portland clinker, including CPC40 and CPC50 grades; agricultural and industrial lime; gypsum; crushed limestone and industrial clay extracted from licensed quarries; and specialized road freight transportation and distribution services for heavy building materials. The company distributes its products to commercial builders, civil engineering contractors, public infrastructure projects, and an extensive network of material dealers throughout Northern Vietnam, with core market concentration in Thai Nguyen, Lang Son, Bac Kan, and Cao Bang provinces. In recent developments, the company has focused on production line modernization and technical upgrade programs to enhance operational efficiency, reduce electrical and thermal consumption, and mitigate industrial emissions across its approximately one-million-metric-ton annual capacity plant, while also adopting updated corporate governance charters and sustaining stable cash dividend payouts supported by solid operating cash flows. Founded on December 31, 1994, and converted to a joint stock corporation in 2008 before listing on the Hanoi Stock Exchange in 2016, the company operates as a subsidiary member of Vinacomin - Vietbac Mining Industry Holding Corporation within the state-owned Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group (TKV) and is headquartered in Vo Nhai District, Thai Nguyen Province, Vietnam.
