The company operates across three core business segments: Construction and Civil Engineering, Building Materials Production and Mining, and Real Estate and Utilities. In its Construction and Civil Engineering division, the company provides turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for hydraulic and irrigation systems, including dams, reservoirs, dykes, canal lining, and flood alleviation works; transportation infrastructure, including highways, urban roads, rural arterial networks, and bridges; civil, commercial, and industrial structures; land leveling and ground improvement; and municipal water treatment, supply, and drainage installations. Through its Building Materials Production and Mining division, the company mines, processes, and distributes construction aggregates and building products, including crushed stone of various grades; washed construction sand; hot-mix asphalt concrete; ready-mix (commercial) concrete; precast concrete drainage culverts, pipes, and structural components; and eco-friendly unbaked building bricks. Under its Real Estate and Utilities division, LHC invests in and manages residential land developments, industrial cluster infrastructure, equipment and heavy machinery leasing, construction quality testing and topographic surveying services, and clean water utility distribution alongside small-scale hydropower generation facilities. In recent developments, Lam Dong Investment Hydraulic Construction Joint Stock Company has expanded its production capacity and strategic positioning to support major national and regional transportation projects in the Central Highlands. The company has invested in upgrading its quarry processing lines and automated hot-mix asphalt batching plants to supply construction aggregates for key expressway initiatives, including sections of the Dau Giay-Tan Phu and Tan Phu-Bao Loc expressways. Furthermore, LHC has secured several large-scale government-funded hydraulic rehabilitation and municipal drainage contracts across Lam Dong Province, implemented modernized precast concrete manufacturing technologies to expand its industrial product portfolio, and strategically extended its raw material mining concessions to secure long-term aggregate reserves.
