- Northern Textiles and Garments Joint Stock Company, officially rebranded as Pristie Real Estate Joint Stock Company (HNX: TET), is a Vietnam-based enterprise engaged in commercial property development, real estate leasing, warehousing services, and the manufacturing, trading, and export of textile and apparel goods. Founded in 1957 and headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam, the company operates across industrial textile manufacturing, logistics infrastructure, and urban property development segments. Its commercial portfolio comprises men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel including jackets, coats, shirts, casual and dress trousers, fashion garments, windbreakers, corporate uniforms, and protective workwear; accessories including backpacks, travel bags, and school bags; textile materials including raw cotton, synthetic and blended fibers, woven fabrics, textile dyes, and auxiliary chemicals; and property management services including commercial office leasing, industrial warehouse rentals, logistics storage facilities, and mixed-use real estate development. The company serves industrial, commercial, and retail clients across Vietnam and exports apparel products to overseas markets including the United States, the European Union, Japan, and South Korea. In recent corporate developments, the company executed a major strategic pivot from legacy textile manufacturing toward large-scale real estate development and asset management, officially changing its corporate name from Northern Textiles and Garments Joint Stock Company (TEXTACO) to Pristie Real Estate Joint Stock Company. To support this strategic redirection, the company completed a substantial private placement that increased its charter capital from VND 57 billion to VND 622 billion, funding key development initiatives such as the Pristie Lac Trung commercial and residential complex in Hai Ba Trung District and the Duc Giang Residences project in Long Bien District, Hanoi. Following the transaction, F1 Housing Company Limited became the controlling parent shareholder with an 84.15 percent equity interest, establishing a reorganized corporate governance structure alongside strategic development alliances with Delta Group.
