In recent strategic and operational developments, the company established a new dedicated subsidiary, Vinaconex 25 Building Materials One Member Company Limited, to scale its materials processing and distribution capacity. In addition, the company strengthened its financial base by increasing its charter capital to VND 240 billion through public equity offerings to support participation in larger-scale contracting tenders. Operationally, Vinaconex 25 has accelerated its digital transformation by integrating 4D Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology into project management workflows across major civil and medical infrastructure contracts, including the High-Quality Treatment and Care Center at Da Nang Hospital C, while continually broadening its general contracting portfolio in public infrastructure and commercial development sectors.
