Home First Finance Company India Limited (HomeFirst) is a technology-driven housing finance company focused on affordable housing loans for first-time buyers from low- and middle-income segments in India. Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Mumbai, the company offers a comprehensive suite of loan products including home loans for salaried professionals and self-employed individuals; self-construction loans; resale loans; mortgage loans; shop loans; loans for commercial property purchase; renovation and extension loans; top-up loans; loans against property; home loans for non-resident Indians; and home loans for senior citizens. It operates across 13 states with 361 touchpoints, serving over 117,000 customers primarily earning less than Rs 50,000 monthly, and supports government initiatives like PMAY 2.0 through tailored subsidies and calculators.
