- Themes ETF Trust – Leverage Shares 2X Long HON Daily ETF is an actively managed, non-diversified U.S.-domiciled exchange-traded fund that seeks, before fees and expenses, to provide daily investment results equal to 200% of the daily percentage change in the common stock of Honeywell International Inc. (Nasdaq: HON). The Fund provides leveraged long exposure to Honeywell through direct investments in the underlying security and financial instruments with similar economic characteristics, including swap agreements, options and other derivatives; it invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in such instruments designed to deliver its daily 2x exposure objective. The Fund is intended for investors seeking short-term, daily leveraged exposure to Honeywell, whose operations span aerospace technologies; industrial automation; building automation and technologies; and energy and sustainability solutions. The Fund does not seek to achieve its stated leveraged objective over periods longer than a single day and may rebalance its portfolio daily. HONG is sponsored within Themes ETF Trust and is managed by Themes Management Company LLC under the Leverage Shares by Themes platform; it is listed on Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. The Fund commenced operations on May 12, 2026, and carries a total expense ratio of 0.75%. Its principal service offering is a traditional-brokerage-account-traded, single-stock leveraged ETF designed to offer up to 2x daily long exposure without the use of a margin account, with investor losses limited to the amount invested.
