- Horizon Industrial Parks Limited is an India-based industrial and logistics infrastructure developer, owner and operator that develops, leases and manages Grade A industrial, warehousing and urban logistics real estate. The Company provides built-to-suit and plug-and-play infrastructure solutions, including custom factory and industrial facilities for assembly and light manufacturing; bulk-storage fulfilment centres and first-mile warehouses; ready-to-occupy and customized logistics facilities; urban mid-mile distribution hubs; in-city centres and last-mile warehouses; and associated tenant fit-outs and internal infrastructure, including racking, HVAC systems, office space, material-handling equipment and sector-specific configurations. It delivers end-to-end services spanning land acquisition, master planning, construction, leasing and long-term asset management, serving customers in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, third-party logistics, automotive and auto components, electric vehicles, renewable energy, engineering and aerospace, chemicals, packaging and cold-chain markets. Horizon operates across India, with a network in 10 key markets and a presence in the National Capital Region, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru and other major manufacturing and consumption centres; its network comprised 45 assets and approximately 59 million square feet as of May 31, 2026, including operating industrial and logistics assets, industrial facilities, fulfilment centres and 17 in-city sites. The Company is sponsored by Blackstone Real Estate funds and is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. In recent developments, Horizon completed a Rs 1,650 crore private placement in December 2025 involving investors including 360 ONE, SBI Life and Radhakishan Damani, and launched an initial public offering in August 2026 comprising a fresh issue of up to Rs 2,600 crore, with proceeds intended principally for repayment or prepayment of Company and wholly owned subsidiary borrowings and for general corporate purposes. It also continues to execute its 45-year partnership with India’s Central Warehousing Corporation to manage and redevelop 13 government-owned last-mile logistics assets into Grade A facilities, representing approximately 2.4 million square feet of development potential and focused on e-commerce, retail, third-party logistics and cold-chain tenants.
