Amplify HYG High Yield 10% Target Income ETF is a passively managed exchange-traded fund and a series of Amplify ETF Trust that seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, generally corresponding to the Bloomberg U.S. High Yield Corporate Bond 10% Income Covered Call Index. The Fund provides single-ticker exposure to U.S. dollar-denominated high-yield corporate bond securities through investments in the iShares iBoxx $ High Yield Corporate Bond ETF (HYG), combined with a systematic covered-call strategy involving the sale of one-week, at-the-money call options on HYG. Its products and services consist of exchange-traded investment shares designed to provide exposure to high-yield fixed-income markets; option-premium income generated through weekly covered-call writing and rolling; interest income and dividends associated with the underlying HYG ETF; and monthly shareholder distributions that may include income, capital gains or return of capital. HYGM targets 10% annualized income from option premiums and interest income, although the target and distributions are not guaranteed, while also seeking capital-appreciation potential from the portion of HYG exposure not subject to call options. The Fund is included in Amplify ETFs’ YieldSmart suite of option-income investment solutions and principally trades on Cboe BZX under the ticker HYGM. Amplify Investments LLC serves as investment adviser, and Samsung Asset Management (New York), Inc. serves as sub-adviser. HYGM was launched on April 21, 2026, following Amplify ETFs’ April 2026 launch of the Fund alongside the Amplify LQD Investment Grade 12% Target Income ETF, marking Amplify’s expansion into fixed-income covered-call ETFs. The Fund is organized as part of Amplify ETF Trust, which is headquartered in Lisle, Illinois, United States.
