Corgi International Developed Equities 15% Structured Buffer ETF – July Series is an actively managed exchange-traded fund sponsored by Corgi Funds and managed by Corgi Strategies, LLC, which seeks to provide investors with exposure to the price performance, excluding dividends, of the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, subject to a defined upside cap, while mitigating the first 15% of underlying losses over each annual outcome period. The Fund principally employs FLEX options linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, together with cash and cash-equivalent instruments, to create a structured-outcome investment profile targeting developed-market equities in Europe, Australasia and the Far East; it does not seek to replicate the benchmark’s total return and is not designed to provide protection against losses exceeding the 15% buffer. The Fund serves investors seeking capped appreciation potential and predetermined downside buffering for international developed-equity exposure; its annual July outcome period runs from July 1 through June 30. IDJL commenced operations on July 1, 2026, is domiciled in the United States, and trades on Cboe BZX under the ticker symbol IDJL. Corgi launched the Fund in July 2026 as part of a broader rollout of 24 ETFs, including nine July-series structured buffer ETFs; for its initial July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027 outcome period, the Fund targets iShares MSCI EAFE ETF price-return exposure up to a 16.87% upside cap, before fees and expenses, while buffering the first 15% of losses, before fees and expenses.
