Corgi U.S. Equities 30% Structured Buffer ETF – July Series is a non-diversified, actively managed exchange-traded fund in the Corgi ETF Trust I family that seeks capital appreciation through defined-outcome exposure to the price return, excluding dividends, of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust. The Fund principally employs customized FLEX Options and may hold cash or cash-equivalent instruments to provide participation in SPY gains up to a predetermined upside cap while seeking to cushion specified initial declines in SPY during its annual outcome period; the 30% buffer is designed to absorb reference-asset losses between -5% and -35%, before fees and expenses, with investors remaining exposed to losses beyond the buffer and with gains limited by the applicable cap. The July Series operates over an annual outcome period beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027, and is designed for U.S. investors seeking broad large-cap U.S. equity exposure combined with a rules-based downside buffer. Corgi Funds, an AI-focused fintech and ETF sponsor headquartered in San Francisco, California, launched and listed the Fund, ticker CTJL, on Cboe BZX Exchange on July 2, 2026 as part of an expansion comprising nine July Series Structured Buffer ETFs spanning U.S. equities, growth and technology, U.S. small-cap, international developed-market and emerging-market exposures. The Fund carries a 0.40% gross expense ratio and a 0.30% net expense ratio under a fee waiver arrangement. Corgi’s recent strategic expansion into structured-outcome products follows its initial May 2026 entry into the buffer ETF market and broadens its defined-outcome product suite through FLEX Options-based ETFs offering capped upside participation and buffers ranging from 10% to 100% across selected reference assets.
