Business
PT Bach Multi Global Tbk is an Indonesia-based provider of integrated power generation systems and telecommunications infrastructure services. Founded in September 2006 and headquartered in Central Jakarta, Indonesia, the company operates across the industrial, telecommunications, and commercial sectors throughout the Indonesian archipelago. It functions as a subsidiary of PT Global Telekomunikasi Prima, an operating unit of PT iForte Solusi Infotek under the Djarum Group telecommunications ecosystem, and conducts its specialized infrastructure contracting through its subsidiary, PT Bach Multi Infrastruktur. The company's core offerings encompass the sale and rental of industrial power generation equipment; sole authorized distribution of Spain-based Himoinsa generator sets across Indonesia; manufacturing and distribution of proprietary generator equipment under the Austin Power System brand; diesel and gas generator systems ranging from 7 kVA to 3,000 kVA integrated with engines from Perkins, Cummins, Yanmar, Doosan, and Mitsubishi; complete turnkey generator installation, synchronization, load testing, and commissioning services; supply of original spare parts, consumables, and automated transfer switches; 24/7 technical support, overhaul, and scheduled maintenance contracts; telecommunications infrastructure development including site acquisition and permitting; civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering works for telecommunications sites; construction, installation, and reinforcement of Base Transceiver Station towers; fiber optic cable installation; and end-to-end managed network maintenance services for major telecommunications carriers and tower operating companies. In recent corporate developments, PT Bach Multi Global Tbk completed its initial public offering on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in July 2026 under the ticker symbol BACH, utilizing the raised capital to expand its generator fleet for rental operations and settle outstanding bank credit facilities. Following strategic agreements and the execution of share option rights in 2026, PT Global Telekomunikasi Prima secured a 51% controlling stake in the company, formally integrating PT Bach Multi Global Tbk into the PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk and Djarum Group digital infrastructure network to expand service synergies across national telecommunications infrastructure and enterprise power management operations.
